Temporary Road Restriction Order 2024 (No Waiting and No Loading Restriction) South Lanarkshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, has made the following Order: 1. This Order may be cited as “South Lanarkshire Council (Rowhead / Burnside Ter- race, Biggar) Temporary Road Restriction Order 2024” and shall be in operation from 9:30am to 6pm on Tuesday 14th May 2024.
